Doug was born and raised in the Cortland area. He has been a local buisness owner in powersports since 1980. He owned and operated Dougs Speed and Auto on Rt 11 in Homer from 1980 untill 2001. He then moved and opened the areas local Skidoo shop on Rt 281.

Christina was born in Cortland in 1976 where she has resided most of her life. She attended Homer Central Schools and graduated in 1995. Chris started working for her dad in 1995 at Doug's Speed and Auto. Her first son Colby was born in 1996. She continued to work at Doug's until 1998 when she decided to attend college. In 2001 her second son Nick was born. Chris started working back with Dougs in 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and their children, she also enjoys snowmobiling, old cars and going to races of all sorts.

Jon Clark

Jon was born in Cortland in 1988. He attended Homer Schools where he was an avid soccer player. He graduated in 2007. Jon has been working with his dad since 2002. He started super cross racing in 2003 and then switched to motocross. He finished in 2010 in the 250 amateur class. Jon has one son Jaxon who was born November 2011. Jon enjoys snowmobiles, bikes, trucks and rc cars, He also enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, shooting, fishing and collecting guns.

Todd was born in 1964 in Lowville NY. He was raised on his family's dairy farm where he first started riding snowmobiles at the age of 5. He attended Lowville Academy and Central School and graduated in 1982.He played for the schools football team. He had his first child in 1984. Then went on to attend Jefferson Community college for business administration. He started working at Kaufmanns Sales and Service in 1989. Kaufmanns was the local Skidoo dealer in Lowville at the time. He worked there as a certified tech until 1996 when it closed. Through out the 1990s Todd enjoyed racing water cross. He acquired his CDL in 1996 and then went to work at Millards as a full time tech. He worked there until 1999 when he moved to Cortland. Todd started working at Dougs January 2002. He also became a grandfather in 2002. He married his wife Pam in 2004 and together they have four children and six grandchildren. Todd loves collecting guns, traveling, camping,& snowmobiling.
